Common questions

Is Aleko free?

Yes. Logging matches and trainings is unlimited and free, along with head-to-head records and share cards. Aleko Pro adds AI scouting reports, season analytics, tournaments, gear and spending tracking, and multiple athletes.

Does Aleko work for padel?

Yes, from day one. Padel scoring formats, padel surfaces, and both partners recorded on each side in doubles.

How does the AI scouting actually work?

You write short notes after your matches. When you open an opponent, Aleko reads every note you've ever written about them and writes back what it found — tendencies, weaknesses, and the patterns that decide your matchups. It gets better the more you log.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet — Aleko is iPhone-only today.

Can I track my child's matches?

Yes. Aleko Pro lets one account hold several athletes, which is how parents follow a junior's career and coaches follow their students. Switching between them takes a tap.

Does it work offline?

Aleko needs a connection to save. Logging takes about twenty seconds, so it is rarely in the way — but on a court with no signal, save once you are back online.

Managing your subscription

Aleko Pro is billed through Apple. To change or cancel it, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Aleko. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the paid period.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and data from the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. If you've lost access to the app, email us from your account email and we'll handle it.
