Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Aleko iOS app and the aleko.app website, operated by ABE Entertainment Limited ("we"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Aleko lets you log tennis and padel matches, track equipment and expenses, and generates statistics and AI-assisted insights from what you log. Insights and scouting reports are derived from your own data and are provided for your information — they are not professional coaching advice, and we don't guarantee they'll win you the match.

Your account

You must be an adult to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Athlete profiles you create for others (your children, your students) are managed under your account and your responsibility.

Subscriptions

• Aleko Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; you can cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — manage or cancel in your App Store subscription settings.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Your content

Match records, notes, and everything else you log remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process that content to run the service — including sending your notes to an AI provider to generate the reports you request. Notes you write about opponents are private to you and are not shown to them.

Acceptable use

Log real matches, use real names in good faith, and don't use Aleko to harass anyone, probe or disrupt the service, or upload content that is unlawful or abusive. We may suspend accounts that do.

Termination and deletion

You can stop using Aleko and delete your account at any time from the app's profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

Aleko is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data beyond what applicable law requires. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted in the app; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
